Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kulata Bitok (ranked 24548 p4p, 5396 weight class) and Night Lights (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Night Lights has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Night Lights!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bitok shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lights but Lights pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lights throws out a counter right but Bitok avoids it with no problem.
Bitok dives in for a single leg takedown but Lights sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Lights tries to work over Bitok's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Bitok tries to score a body lock takedown but Lights shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Bitok has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lights is working away from the top position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bitok shoots in looking for a takedown. Lights tries to sprawl out of it but Bitok keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lights manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bitok fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lights to the ground. Bitok is now in Lights's guard.
Lights has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bitok off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Night Lights comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lights has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
