Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlastimil Vyr (ranked 2614 p4p, 1894 weight class) and Joe Bidden (ranked 110 p4p, 88 weight class). Joe Bidden has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vlastimil Vyr's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Vyr.

It looks like Joe Bidden has been cut.
Vyr keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bidden.
Vyr looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Vyr throws a hook but Bidden blocks it.
Bidden staying out of range there.
Bidden displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vyr throws out the jab.
Vyr moves in looking to clinch but Bidden pushes him off.
Vyr throws a lazy uppercut
and Bidden counters with a straight right hand.
Vyr misses with a lunging right hand
and Bidden counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bidden slips under a jab.
Vyr is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A good leg kick by Bidden.
Vyr tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bidden manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bidden swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Bidden tries to work over Vyr's front leg with a kick but Vyr checks it.
Bidden throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A jab from Bidden misses.

Vyr forces Bidden back against the cage and clinches.

A head punch blocked on the inside by Vyr.
Vyr slowing the pace effectively.
Bidden misses with the head strike.
Vyr tries to pull guard but Bidden forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Bidden misses with a hook to the ribs.
Vyr dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Vyr is pushing Bidden up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Vyr manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Vyr wants to get back to his feet but Bidden is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Bidden decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vyr, up you get!
Vyr uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bidden.
A little feinted left hand from Vyr on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bidden.
Bidden bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vyr's head backwards.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vyr swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bidden takes one on the button.
Vyr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Vyr pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A nice side step and Bidden releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Bidden ducks under a wild hook from Vyr.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bidden connects with a jab.

It looks like Vlastimil Vyr has been cut.
Vyr misses with a looping right.
Bidden just misses with a punch to the body.
Vyr looks to land a combination but Bidden avoids it well.
Bidden connects with a nice looking jab.
Bidden keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Vyr.

Bidden feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Vyr sprawling to the canvas! Vyr rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bidden finish him?!

Vyr is rocked!
Bidden dodges the punch combination from Vyr.
Vyr tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bidden needs to keep his hands up - Vyr had a free shot at his head there.
Vyr takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bidden has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Bidden moves out of range of the strikes.
Vyr throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Vyr is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Vyr misses with a hook
letting Bidden counter with a right hand.
Oh Vyr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vyr lands with an overhand left.
Vyr seems to have got his legs back now.
Vyr misses with a lunging right hand
and Bidden counters with a big right hand! Oh Vyr is in trouble here! Bidden follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
