Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Conroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Roten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Russell Pearce and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conroy swings for the body but Roten moves out of range.
Roten looks to score with a jab to the body but Conroy is just out of range.
Roten shoots in looking for a takedown. Conroy tries to sprawl out of it but Roten keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Conroy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown by Conroy or perhaps it was just good defense by Roten which made him look bad.

Roten feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Conroy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Roten can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Conroy has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Roten is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Conroy.
Roten goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Conroy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Roten but great work by Conroy.

Conroy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Conroy.
Conroy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Roten tries to avoid it but Conroy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Roten to the ground. Roten escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Roten is going olschool here, as he tries to force Conroy to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Conroy shrugs it off.

Roten is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Conroy has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Conroy!

I would just about give that final round to Cody Roten.
Well Roten has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
