Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Botan Sato (ranked 4163 p4p, 4146 weight class) and Ronfeiro Talvares (ranked 0 p4p, 218 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Botan Sato!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ronfeiro Talvares!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Talvares shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sato as he avoids it easily.
Ronfeiro Talvares seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sato stuffs the takedown.
Talvares shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sato manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Talvares advances position into side control!
A control attempt from Sato but he's now mounted!
Talvares misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Sato working to try and regain half guard.
Talvares sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Talvares avoids the attempt from Sato to control.
Talvares prevents Sato from getting the reversal.
Talvares can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sato is looking to escape.
Sato tries to improve his position but Talvares has taken his back! Talvares has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Sato tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Talvares pushes Sato away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
