The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Barbarian dodges the punch combination from Hoost.
The Barbarian lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Clarence Hoost has been cut.
Hoost scores with a sloppy right hand. The Barbarian should have avoided that one.
It looks like Conor The Barbarian has been cut.
The Barbarian tries a head kick but it misses.
A jab from Hoost misses.
The Barbarian blocks a low kick nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Barbarian checks a leg kick nicely.
The Barbarian appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Hoost connects with a crisp jab.
Hoost thows a body kick. The Barbarian tries to catch it but that hurt him.

The Barbarian sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Hoost misses with a kick to the body.
Hoost fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and The Barbarian has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hoost slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Hoost misses with a wild body shot.
Hoost feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends The Barbarian sprawling to the canvas! The Barbarian rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hoost finish him?!
The Barbarian is rocked!
Conor The Barbarian's cut is getting worse.

The Barbarian slips a straight right by Hoost.
The Barbarian circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Hoost. The Barbarian falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Hoost!

Clarence Hoost spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
