Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johan Joestar (ranked 1552 p4p, 1775 weight class) and Bruno Neves (ranked 38 p4p, 82 weight class). Joestar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Coda - Bloody Stream. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johan Joestar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 29 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bruno Neves! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neves has his takedown stuffed enabling Joestar to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Bruno Neves has been cut. No luck for Neves with that takedown attempt. Joestar is looking to counter punch. Neves shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Joestar napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Neves working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Joestar sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Joestar wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joestar keeps control of the position for the meantime. Neves throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Joestar wants to improve his position but Neves is controlling well.
Neves thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Neves wants to take a breather but Joestar is having none of it. Joestar wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Neves moves nicely into side control. Neves trying to control the position but Joestar is working away. Joestar is trying to control Neves's posture but Neves avoids it. Neves is looking to take a break and control but Joestar is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Joestar wants to control but Neves postures up. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neves lands with a hook. Joestar tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Johan Joestar has been cut. That kick from Joestar tenderised Neves's leg. Neves is trying to keep his angry face on. A punch combination from Neves misses. Joestar misses with a head kick.
Joestar with a hook. Joestar swats away the attempt to clinch by Neves.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neves has a takedown stuffed. Johan Joestar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Neves. Joestar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Neves is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Neves fails with the takedown. Joestar is looking to counter with a body kick. Joestar throws a leg kick and Neves counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Neves misses with a left hand and Joestar counters with a good, hard body kick but Neves shrugs it off. A looping hook to the body misses from Neves. Joestar does a little dance to reset his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johan Joestar will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Neves rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Joestar counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Neves pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Joestar back to the cage. Neves follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Joestar does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Neves feints the counter takedown. Neves slips under a jab. Joestar misses with an uppercut. Neves saw that one coming. Bruno Neves is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Neves throws the left hand but Joestar avoids the punch easily. Joestar swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Joestar scores with a hook. A momentary lapse in concentration from Joestar enables Neves to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Joestar manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Joestar manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joestar lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Neves goes for a double leg but Joestar avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Joestar continues to drive forward. Joestar scores with a hook to the body. Neves takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. A slapping leg kick lands for Joestar.
Neves slips a straight right by Joestar. Neves tries for a takedown but Joestar circles away easily and Joestar counters with a stiff right hand.
That has opened up Bruno Neves's cut even more.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neves misses with a double jab
and Joestar counters with a stiff right hand. Neves closes the distance and clinches up with Joestar, looking for a takedown. Neves pushes Joestar against the cage but Joestar circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Johan Joestar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Neves. Joestar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Joestar throws a jab when Neves was well out of range. A little jabbing left from Neves on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Neves takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neves takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
The cut above Bruno Neves's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Joestar connects with a nice looking jab.
Bruno Neves's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Neves moves away from the strike by Joestar. Joestar tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Neves misses with an uppercut
and Joestar makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Joestar throws a leg kick but Neves sees it coming and checks it nicely. Neves shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Joestar as he jumps to the side. Joestar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Neves can do to turn this around?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joestar scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bruno Neves's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Johan Joestar! In his post fight interview, Johan Joestar started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
