Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Haw Thorn!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorn misses with a body shot.
Thorn pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Haw Thorn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thorn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Turgeon was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Turgeon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Thorn looks to land a left hand but Turgeon moved out of range nicely.
Thorn throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Thorn goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Thorn misses with a lunging right hand
and Turgeon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Haw Thorn has been cut.
Thorn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turgeon.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Turgeon misses with a hook. Thorn ducked under it nicely.
Thorn looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

And Thorn responds with a good body kick, but Turgeon manages to step out the way in time.

Thorn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Turgeon at a distance.

Turgeon tries to clinch but Thorn moves out of range.
Thorn takes a swing at Turgeon's ribcage but misses.

Thorn throws a push kick but Turgeon slaps the foot to one side.

Turgeon moves out of range of the strikes.
Turgeon misses with a left hand
and Turgeon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Thorn pushes Turgeon away with a front kick.
Thorn lands a nice looking kick to the body. Turgeon takes a step back to recover.
Turgeon is breathing heavily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Turgeon. Thorn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Thorn flicks out a counter leg kick but Turgeon steps away.
Thorn bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Thorn misses the jab.

Thorn looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A swing and a miss from Thorn.
Turgeon drops his hands momentarily and Thorn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Patrick Turgeon has been cut.

Turgeon thuds a left hand into Thorn's body.
Thorn throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Turgeon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Thorn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Turgeon manages to avoid it.
Turgeon misses with a straight right.
Turgeon ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Turgeon walks into a jab.
Thorn pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Turgeon scores with a body shot.
Turgeon checks a low kick from Thorn.
A big left from Thorn misses.
Thorn cracks Turgeon with a good jab.
Thorn misses with a double jab.
Thorn throws an off balance right hand
and Turgeon counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Thorn connects with the punch.
Turgeon swings widly with a right hand
and Thorn makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Thorn clobbers Turgeon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Turgeon is rocked!
Thorn lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Turgeon - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Thorn!

After winning the bout, Haw Thorn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
