Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conan Blood (ranked 4992 p4p, 24449 weight class) and Bastien Montrose (ranked 463 p4p, 533 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bastien Montrose!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood looks to throw the jab but Montrose is out of range.
Montrose's corner calls for a 1-2. Montrose obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Conan Blood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blood misses with a looping left.
Montrose works the jab nicely.
Montrose gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Blood has had enough of the clinch but Montrose keeps him there for the moment.
Blood avoids a wild elbow strike from Montrose.
Montrose tries to land a knee to the head but Blood blocks with his arms.
Montrose stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Montrose lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Conan Blood has been cut.
Montrose unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Blood is breathing heavily.

Montrose digs a right hand underneath Blood's ribcage. Blood let out a lung full of air as it connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Montrose lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Montrose using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Blood has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Montrose lands with a left to the head.
Blood is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Blood wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Montrose has him pressed against the cage.
Montrose lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Montrose lands a left hand.
Montrose lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Montrose working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Montrose throws an elbow but it misses.

Blood is rocked!
Blood wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Montrose pushes off an throws an elbow but Blood leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Montrose drops Blood with a big knee straight up the middle! Blood is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Oh Blood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Blood gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Montrose points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Blood wakes up just in time to hear Montrose thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bastien Montrose!
Our winner, Bastien Montrose, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
