The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fett shoots in and bounces Slugger off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Slugger uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Fett scores with a jab.
Slugger slips a straight right by Fett.
Slugger thinks about the counter body kick.
That kick from Slugger tenderised Fett's leg. Fett is trying to keep his angry face on.
Slugger stuns Fett with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Slugger lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slugger missing with a left hand there. Fett was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Some wild striking there from Fett.
Slugger cracks Fett with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Slugger looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Slugger connects with a right hand. Fett shakes it off.
Slugger scores with a nice body kick.
Fett closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Fett doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Slugger counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Slugger swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Slugger throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fett throws an off balance right hand
enabling Slugger to counter with a crisp jab.
Slugger fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Lou Slugger is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fighters circling - Fett throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
and Slugger counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Fett! He's just covering up as Slugger starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Lou Slugger was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
