Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Hemtradius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hemtradius takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Banks is looking to control Hemtradius's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Banks avoid being mounted?

Julius Hemtradius showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Banks shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hemtradius pinned against the cage. Hemtradius gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bryan Banks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hemtradius has a takedown stuffed.
Banks moves into the clinch successfully.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hemtradius is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Banks still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Banks has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Julius Hemtradius is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Banks remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
