Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zimmer Zubov (ranked 1566 p4p, 2490 weight class) and Ihme Mies (ranked 230 p4p, 353 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zimmer Zubov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ihme Mies!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mies misses with a wild combination.

Mies feints a jab promting Zubov to slip. Mies then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zubov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Zubov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mies tries to avoid it but Zubov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mies to the ground. Mies escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
