Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Farinelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douglas closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Douglas lands in his opponent's guard.
Farinelli has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Douglas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Farinelli is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Douglas seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Douglas is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Farinelli has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Douglas is looking to defend but Farinelli has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Douglas! Farinelli pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Douglas taps out and this one is all over!
