The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emkić dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dreyar. That did some damage!
Emkić lands with a straight right. Dreyar didn't see that one coming.
Donk. Dreyar catches Emkić right on the button with a cross.
Emkić walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dreyar jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Dreyar was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Emkić drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Dreyar finds Emkić's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Emkić flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Dreyar lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Emkić will be OK.

A relieved looking Laxus Dreyar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
