Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flagga Lagga (ranked 5811 p4p, 5260 weight class) and Buddah Joe (ranked 190 p4p, 179 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagga goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Joe steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Lagga.
Lagga avoids the body shot from Joe.
Joe avoids a kick to the body.
Joe is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Lagga throws a wild body kick that Joe sees coming a mile off.
A head kick misses from Lagga.
Lagga looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Lagga throws a half hearted mid kick.
Lagga sets himself, and Joe steps forward looking for the clinch! Lagga avoids it this time.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Flagga Lagga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lagga tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Joe wants to counter the offense by Lagga and move into the clinch position.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Joe has eaten all the pies!

Lagga shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Joe checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Good work by Joe as he checks the leg kick.
Joe wants to counter with a clinch but Lagga pushes him away.
Joe on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lagga. Lagga obviously looking to wear him down.
Joe swings for the body but Lagga moves out of range.
Joe blocks a low kick nicely.
Joe is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Joe has taken the fight to the clinch.
Joe is trying to pull guard but Lagga has him pressed against the cage.
Joe pulls guard successfully.
Lagga is sitting in close to Joe's body. Joe has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lagga is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lagga is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Joe.
