The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Clay moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carson sizes up Clay with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Clay is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Clay buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Carson lands a jab to Clay's midsection.
The fighters circling - Carson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Clay tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Carson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Clay circles away quickly and effectively.
Carson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Carson takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Morse Carson has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Clay.
Carson throws a right hand that Clay ducks under and follows up with a left that Clay also avoids with ease.
Carson avoids the head kick by Clay.
Carson now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Morse Carson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Carson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Clay connects with the punch.
Carson throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Clay to counter with a crisp jab.
Carson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Carson lands with a cross.
Clay takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Carson throws a body shot but no joy.
Carson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Clay at a distance.
Carson punishes Clay's body with a nice straight punch.
Carson jabs Clay to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Carson tries to keep at a distance but Clay has taken the fight into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Carson blocks an uppercut.

Clay ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sloppy strikes from Clay. Those never looked like landing.
Carson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Clay at a distance.

Carson drops Clay with a beautiful combination! Clay stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Carson is looking for the KO!

It looks like Marcel Clay has been cut.

Carson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Clay takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Oooooh!!! Carson has knocked Clay down with a huge combo! Carson steps away and waves a wobbly Clay back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
