Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Watts (ranked 4548 p4p, 3591 weight class) and Oscar Meyer (ranked 165 p4p, 137 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Watts might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Shook Ones - By: Mobb Deep. Cole Watts has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cole Watts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 40 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Meyer!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watts jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Watts looks to land a right hand but Meyer moved out of range.
Meyer takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Watts keeps the fight on the outside.
Meyer goes for a double leg but Watts avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Watts continues to drive forward.
Watts scores with a shot to the body.
Watts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Meyer was well out of range. Poor timing from Watts.
Watts tries to score with a low kick but Meyer moves his leg out of the way.
Meyer ducks under a wild hook from Watts.
Meyer drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Watts defends it well.
We've been told by Watts's head coaches at The Scrap Squad that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Meyer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Watts, as that shot connected.
Meyer has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Watts.
Watts scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Meyer fails with a takedown attempt.
Meyer has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Watts waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Meyer. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Meyer to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Meyer is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Watts trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Watts throws a strike but Meyer rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Watts looking for a sweep. Not yet Watts, not yet.
Meyer wants to control from the top but Watts keeps moving.
Watts wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Watts keeping moving, preventing Meyer from controlling successfully.
Watts pulls Meyer in to control the position.
Watts looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Watts pulls Meyer in close to his closed guard and prevents Meyer from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Meyer wants to stand but Watts is controlling his posture from full guard.
Watts pulls Meyer in close to prevent any damage.
Meyer won't allow Watts to sweep him here.
Meyer postures up in Watts's guard and throws a big left but Watts blocks it.
Watts is pulling down on Meyer's head to control his posture.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Watts is defended easily by Meyer.
Watts jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A big right from Watts misses.
Meyer avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Watts throws a hook but Meyer avoids it easily.
Watts cracks Meyer with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Watts with a nice cross.
Meyer wants to clinch.

Watts instigates a clinch.
Watts fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Watts creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Watts lands a damaging elbow.
Meyer blocking some punches.
Watts lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Watts throws an elbow that misses.
Meyer unloads a knee to the mid-section.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Watts lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Meyer or not.

Watts lands a takedown into guard.
Watts throwing strikes but missing.

Meyer is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Watts connects with a couple of short punches.
Watts pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Meyer is keeping the position for now.
Watts keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Meyer's head.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Cole Watts dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

Watts throws a looping overhand right but Meyer ducks down to avoid it.
Watts throws a big shot that misses.
A countering left hand to the body from Meyer misses.

Meyer darts in and clinches Watts up against the cage.
Watts working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Watts has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Meyer after a bit of a struggle.

Meyer is fighting off a takedown attempt but Watts is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Meyer to the mat. Meyer regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Watts content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Meyer is still in real trouble! Can Watts finish him?
Watts loads up on a big left hand. Meyer felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Watts looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Meyer can't hide his disappointment, as Watts celebrates the victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cole Watts!
Cole Watts spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
