And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Vasiliy Kulik!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Edson Gomes.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Kulik clinches with his opponent.
Kulik drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Yi gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kulik has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Yi is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Kulik is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Yi wants the takedown. Kulik is fighting it off but Yi persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kulik's guard against the cage.
