Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Justis (ranked 1622 p4p, 1633 weight class) and Tatu Kurri (ranked 242 p4p, 245 weight class). Logan Justis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 33 - 18 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Logan Justis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Tatu Kurri! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kurri rushes Justis and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Kurri is looking to take this one to the mat. Justis prevents a takedown attempt there.
Justis is trying to break the clinch but Kurri is controlling him. Kurri blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Justis is leaning against Kurri and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kurri gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Justis regains guard.

A quick step to the side and Justis tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Justis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kurri, pushing him back against the cage. Kurri looking for a takedown. Kurri has Justis pressed against the cage, preventing Justis from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Kurri is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Justis pulls him back up using the underhooks. Kurri gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Justis regains guard.

Kurri with a lazy takedown attempt and Justis makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Justis connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kurri momentarily.

Justis has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kurri clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Justis wants to stand back up. Kurri manages to reverse the position and now he's in Justis's guard. Nice work there by Kurri.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kurri is working for takedown but Justis is calmly controlling the position for now.
