Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Ochsenknecht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Palluch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Harry Ochsenknecht has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Harry Ochsenknecht seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Harry Ochsenknecht! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Palluch! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Ochsenknecht. Ochsenknecht stuffs the takedown attempt from Palluch. Palluch gets slowly back to his feet. Ochsenknecht lands a head kick that stumbles Palluch and the fighters go to the mat.
Palluch is rocked!
It looks like Max Palluch has been cut. Palluch is trying to control the position but Ochsenknecht postures up. Palluch is still in real trouble! Can Ochsenknecht finish him? Ochsenknecht has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ochsenknecht showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Palluch seems to have recovered his senses. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ochsenknecht lands a high kick to the side of Palluch's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Ochsenknecht dives into guard, looking to finish. Ochsenknecht looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Palluch holds on and takes a little breather. Ochsenknecht content to stall in guard here. Palluch tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ochsenknecht just stands there and leans against the cage. Palluch jumps guard but Ochsenknecht stands there with Palluch around his waist. Palluch gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ochsenknecht throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Palluch blocks it with crossed arms. Ochsenknecht tries a knee to the head but Palluch blocks it.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ochsenknecht connects with a nasty looking knee right to Palluch's face.

Ochsenknecht blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Palluch successfully pulls guard.
Palluch looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Palluch is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Palluch trying to control the action but Ochsenknecht is working from the bottom. Palluch stalling away here and it's allowed Ochsenknecht to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Ochsenknecht has Palluch pulled in close to control his posture. Palluch is stalling in the full guard. Ochsenknecht looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Palluch trying to control but Ochsenknecht is working from the bottom. Ochsenknecht controls Palluch momentarily but Palluch frees himself. Palluch would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Palluch controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Palluch wants to pass the guard but Ochsenknecht is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Palluch with a nice head shot there. Palluch looking to pass the guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ochsenknecht can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Palluch controls the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Harry Ochsenknecht will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Max Palluch's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Ochsenknecht closes the distance looking to clinch and Palluch counters with a takedown into side control. Ochsenknecht trying to control but Palluch flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Palluch controlling the position well here. Ochsenknecht rolled but Palluch kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Palluch throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Ochsenknecht!

Despite being in the dominant position, Max Palluch just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ochsenknecht looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Palluch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ochsenknecht clinches but Palluch breaks the clinch and Palluch counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ochsenknecht! Palluch landing strikes from the mount and Ochsenknecht is in trouble! Palluch is going olschool here, as he tries to force Ochsenknecht to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ochsenknecht shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Palluch wants to control the pace but Ochsenknecht is squirming around nicely. Ochsenknecht can't escape the position.

Palluch looking to control but Ochsenknecht is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Max Palluch has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ochsenknecht can't escape the position.
