Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reni Manfield (ranked 292 p4p, 463 weight class) and Frederick Zwirn (ranked 46 p4p, 70 weight class). Frederick Zwirn will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Frederick Zwirn!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zwirn misses with a body shot.
Donk. Manfield catches Zwirn right on the button with a cross.
Zwirn throws a shot from downtown. Manfield moves away and avoids it.

Manfield gets the takedown into side control.
Manfield has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Manfield is taking a breather. Zwirn says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Manfield shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zwirn is trying to defend but Manfield finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Manfield cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Manfield postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Zwirn looks a forlorn figure.

BOOM! Manfield connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Zwirn is working to get back to half guard.
Manfield lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Zwirn has left one of his arms exposed and Manfield doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Zwirn screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
