Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23792 p4p, 4106 weight class) and Novica Velikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Novica Velikov!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velikov throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Amiga is looking to counter with a body kick.
Velikov tries for a takedown but Amiga sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Velikov throws a body shot but no joy.
Velikov is looking to chop away at Amiga's legs.
Amiga seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Velikov has a takedown stuffed.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close round but I would say that Agbay Amiga will probably get the nod.

Velikov throws a leg kick but Amiga sees it coming and checks it nicely.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Velikov manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Amiga wants to control from the top but Velikov keeps moving.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Velikov is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Amiga presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Amiga is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Velikov pulls guard effortlessly.
Velikov pulls Amiga in close to his closed guard and prevents Amiga from doing any damage or advancing position.

Velikov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Amiga defends well.

Novica Velikov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Velikov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
