With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Owen Snow! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Pedersoli looking to score a takedown here. Snow is defending well but Pedersoli drives through and ends up in Snow's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pedersoli got a little sloppy there for a moment and Snow has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pedersoli has managed to get both his arms back between Snow's legs - danger averted. Snow looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Pedersoli passes into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snow looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pedersoli tries to pass to full mount but Snow defends it. Snow looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Snow is staying active underneath Pedersoli, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pedersoli could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Snow changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pedersoli looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Snow tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Owen Snow. Well Snow has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
