Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Justin Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chosen Sun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore comes to the cage accompanied by I Could Kick Your Ass. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justin Moore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chosen Sun! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jorge Garcia and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sun tries to clinch up but Moore circles away and keeps his distance. Sun shoots in for a double leg but Moore sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Moore avoids the head kick by Sun.
Moore shoots in for a takedown but Sun shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sun with a poor takedown and Moore counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sun is lucky that one didn't land flush. Moore shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sun pinned against the cage. Sun gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Moore circles away from the clinch attempt and Moore counters with a takedown into side control. Sun takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Sun is trying to improve his position. Sun stops Moore from passing to mount. Sun is trying to get back to half guard. Moore controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore landing a few strikes. Sun is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Moore's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sun wants to improve his position but Moore is controlling well.
Sun moves into full guard.
Moore stands and steps away. Sun gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Moore moves into the clinch. Moore drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Moore. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sun tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Moore smiles and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sun tests Moore's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sun throws a leg kick but Moore checks it. No luck with that takedown attempt from Moore. Moore is breathing heavily. Sun slips a jab and a cross from Moore.
Moore misses with a hook. Sun ducked under it nicely. The fight stays on the outside here - Moore looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sun closes the distance looking to clinch and Moore counters with a single leg into guard. Sun didn't expect that. Sun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore tries to free his leg and advance position but Sun is retaining full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sun is on top in guard.
Moore is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Moore looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sun is one step ahead there. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Moore keeping moving, preventing Sun from controlling successfully. Sun would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sun trying to control but Moore is working from the bottom. Moore pulls Sun in close to his closed guard and prevents Sun from doing any damage or advancing position. Moore punching from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Moore. A punch combination from Sun misses. Sun closes the distance but Moore moves to the side and Moore counters with a single leg into guard. Sun didn't expect that. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Moore would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Justin Moore dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Moore blocks a head kick by Sun.
Sun lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Moore circles away quickly and effectively. Sun showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Moore.
Moore fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sun wants to clinch and Moore counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Moore keeps control of Sun as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Moore drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sun gets the underhooks and prevents it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sun wants to get back to striking at distance but Moore won't allow it.
Moore breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sun fails with the takedown and Moore counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sun! Sun is trying to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore tries to control but Sun wriggling away. Moore looking to control and managing it successfully. Sun is squirming around, avoiding Moore's attempts to control the action. Moore sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sun keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Moore avoids the attempt from Sun to control. Sun is looking to get to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moore sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sun sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Justin Moore overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sun is pressing down on Moore's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Moore has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Sun wants to stand up but Moore is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sun working for a triangle but Moore defends it easily.
Moore won't allow Sun to get back to his feet. Sun looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Moore not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sun wants to control the position but Moore says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Moore is pressing down on Sun's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sun is holding on for now. Sun trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Moore controlling from the full mount. Moore with shots to the head and body - Sun looks very uncomfortable down there. Sun is trying to escape the mount.
Sun tries to lock up and control but Moore gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sun tries to reverse the position but Moore maintains control. Moore content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Justin Moore dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Sun shoots in for a takedown but Moore shows good takedown defense. Sun motions for Moore to come forward. Sun throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Sun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Moore falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sun connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Moore closes the distance and clinches up with Sun, looking for a takedown. Moore pushes Sun against the cage but Sun circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A head kick by Moore misses and Sun counters with a lovely straight right hand! Moore swats away the attempt to clinch by Sun. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sun looks to clinch and Moore counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Sun's guard now. Sun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Moore trying to control the position from guard on top but Sun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Moore won't allow Sun to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Sun looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Moore is fending him off so far but Sun persists. Nope, Moore circles away and we're back to standing. Moore throws a sloppy head kick and Sun counters by moving into the clinch. Moore jumps guard but Sun stands there with Moore around his waist. Moore gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Moore. That's going to take a lot out of him. Moore's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sun shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Moore napping and manages to drive through into side control! Moore struggling a bit here. Moore is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Sun looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Moore controlling the position for now. Moore trying to control but Sun postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore looking for submissions off his back. Sun is looking to stall here but Moore recovers full guard. Moore has his feet on Sun's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Moore rushes Sun and presses him up against the cage. Sun is trying to drag Moore to the mat but Moore just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Moore tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sun tries for a takedown. No joy.
Moore gets control of Sun's arms and successfully pulls guard. Moore will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Sun tries to stand but Moore is controlling from the bottom. Moore trying to control the position here. Moore pushes Sun off and scrambles back to his feet.
Moore closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Moore takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Moore is looking to take a break and control but Sun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Chosen Sun has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Justin Moore is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Moore perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
And that's the end of the fight! Justin Moore showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Moore, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
