It looked like Tchusuk was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Joestar.
Joestar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tchusuk.

Tchusuk feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Joestars jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Joestar crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tchusuk - the referee stops the clock and Joestar gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tchusuk. Joestar manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
