Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gunnar Bloodaxe (ranked 372 p4p, 846 weight class) and DeShawn West (ranked 60 p4p, 126 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying West's choice of entrance music: Can’t Be Touched - Roy Jones Jr. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bloodaxe lands a leg kick that knocks West off balance momentarily.
West rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Bloodaxe counter with a right hand.

Bloodaxe throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck West on the side of the head.

Bloodaxe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gunnar Bloodaxe will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

West is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bloodaxe.
