Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tim Bourque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Rye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Bourque! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Rye! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bourque misses with a wild combination.
Bourque fakes an overhand right and shots for a takedown. Rye sprawls well initially but Bourque persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Bourque trying to pass the guard but Rye defending well. Rye is trying to control but can't.
Rye is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bourque's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bourque's back! Will Rye go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
I would not like to be Bourque right now.
Rye should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Sam Rye. Bourque looks for a takedown but Rye sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bourque fails with the takedown. Bourque has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Bourque. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bourque shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Bourque is breathing heavily. Rye keeping control of the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rye trying to control but Bourque postures up.
Rye manages to escape and get back to his feet! Rye lands with a nice combination. Bourque backs away looking to recover. Rye cracks Bourque with a right hand to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bourque takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Rye throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bourque. Bourque looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rye is fending him off so far but Bourque persists. Nope, Rye circles away and we're back to standing. Rye bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Rye lands with an overhand left. Bourque shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rye pinned against the cage. Rye gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Rye throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bourque. Rye avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bourque lands a high kick!
Rye tries to bum rush Bourque with a series of wild strikes but Bourque uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rye lands an overhand right. Bourque doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Rye gets the takedown into side control. Rye is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bourque looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rye gets his head over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bourque is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rye lets go of the hold an Bourque can pop his arm back in it's socket.
