Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Juan El Usurpador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Arealius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arealius has chosen Ministry Rock as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arealius fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Arealius tries to clinch but El Usurpador moves out of range.

Arealius loads up on a big right hand but El Usurpador slips the punch.

Arealius wants to take a breather but El Usurpador manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Arealius.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if El Usurpador can do anything to dispel that myth.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
El Usurpador avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Arealius looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Arealius wants to stand up but El Usurpador is controlling him.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fight stays on the outside here - El Usurpador looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Juan El Usurpador will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Arealius fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Arealius.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from El Usurpador, right into the meat.
Arealius throws an off balance right hand
and El Usurpador counters with a low kick, right behind Arealius 's knee.
El Usurpador throws a head kick that Arealius semi-blocks.
Arealius will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
El Usurpador fails with an attempt to clinch.
Arealius doesn't succeed with the takedown
and El Usurpador counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Juan El Usurpador has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Arealius.
Arealius wants to get back to full guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Arealius manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

El Usurpador is in all sorts of trouble here.

Arealius has control of El Usurpador's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and El Usurpador regains control of the situation pretty easily.
