This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 2 losses; Leonardinho Chai! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 14 losses; Lance Walker! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and Franklyn Lucas.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Walker fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Chai to the ground. Walker is now in Chai's guard. It looks like Walker might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Walker might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Chai haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Walker looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Walker's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Chai is not content to let Walker control the position.

Walker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chai swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chai looking to hit a scissor sweep but Walker is one step ahead there. Walker sitting in guard here, content to control. Walker tries to free his leg and advance position but Chai is retaining full guard.

He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
