Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chu Ho Soon (ranked 2875 p4p, 3112 weight class) and Mike KnockOut (ranked 269 p4p, 292 weight class). Ho Soon comes to the cage accompanied by Carl Orff - O Fortuna. Mike KnockOut told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 2, fighting out of New York, Chu Ho Soon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike KnockOut!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Franklyn Lucas and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ho Soon connects with a good right hand that stumbles KnockOut. KnockOut circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ho Soon throws a looping overhand right but KnockOut ducks down to avoid it.
It seemed like KnockOut was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
KnockOut throws the left hand but Ho Soon avoids the punch easily.
KnockOut slips a jab from Ho Soon.
A left and a right from KnockOut both land. Nice combination.
Ho Soon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
KnockOut throws a combination. Ho Soon tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
KnockOut lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ho Soon at a distance.
KnockOut walks into a stiff left hand from Ho Soon.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
KnockOut misses with an uppercut
and KnockOut takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
KnockOut swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
KnockOut looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ho Soon throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck KnockOut on the side of the head.
Ho Soon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from KnockOut.
Ho Soon misses with a telegraphed body shot
and KnockOut counters with a left to the body.
Ho Soon lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ho Soon.
Ho Soon takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

KnockOut looks to land a right hand but Ho Soon moved out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ho Soon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as KnockOut throws out the jab.
KnockOut misses with a body shot.
KnockOut connects with a nice looking jab.
Ho Soon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed KnockOut momentarily.
KnockOut misses with a hook. Ho Soon ducked under it nicely.
KnockOut takes a shot to the body in his stride.
KnockOut throws a sloppy body shot
and KnockOut takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
KnockOut is rocked!
Ho Soon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
KnockOut is still on wobbly legs! Can Ho Soon finish him?
KnockOut takes a jab right on the kisser.
An inside leg kick from KnockOut misses.
KnockOut gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Ho Soon gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

An out of breath Chu Ho Soon thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
