Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erik Badass!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dino Adams!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Badass.
Adams shoots for a takedown but Badass saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Badass misses with a straight right.
Adams tries to clinch but Badass is having none of it.
Badass moves into range and connects with a jab.
Badass tries to keep at a distance but Adams has taken the fight into the clinch.
Adams goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Badass creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Badass landing knees to the body.
Adams wants to get back to striking at distance but Badass won't allow it.
Badass breaks from the clinch.
Adams tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Badass feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Adams's calf.
Adams shoots in and drives through. Badass sprawls well.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Badass, as that shot connected.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Badass will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Adams takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Adams looks gassed!
Badass lands a hook that stumbles Adams back into the cage. Badass follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Adams to the canvas! Badass pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Adams has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Erik Badass!
