Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Conor Lee (ranked 987 p4p, 1086 weight class) and The Royal Savage (ranked 148 p4p, 159 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Conor Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, The Royal Savage! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Lee - just one landing. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! The fighters circling - Savage throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Savage rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Savage fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Lee clinches up with Savage and pushes him back against the cage. Lee can't find room to land a body shot as Savage controls the action.

Lee has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Savage doesn't defend quickly enough and Lee has managed to lock this one up! Can Savage escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Lee on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Conor Lee! An out of breath Conor Lee thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
