Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Panda Four (ranked 1342 p4p, 2245 weight class) and Manus Murphy (ranked 196 p4p, 308 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Four.
Four moves in looking to clinch but Murphy pushes him off.
It seemed like Murphy was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

My spies in The Jungle Room inform me that Murphy has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Four is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Murphy pulls his head out easily.

Murphy is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Four still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Four has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Four goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Murphy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Four but great work by Murphy.

Four sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Murphy in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Four tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Murphy!
