Silva has chosen the game nice as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jakoavain smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Silva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jakoavain circles away.
Jakoavain's corner calls for a 1-2. Jakoavain obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Jakoavain is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Silva.

Jakoavain sends Silva crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jakoavain is motioning to the referee to let Silva up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Jakoavain walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Silva drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Jakoavain swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Silva's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
