Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matt Gelman (ranked 4264 p4p, 4218 weight class) and Teddy Dingle (ranked 473 p4p, 472 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Teddy Dingle! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Dingle checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Dingle throws a head kick but Gelman moves out of range.
As Dingle tries to get set, Gelman tries to push him back and clinch up but Dingle manages to avoid the attempt. Dingle on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Gelman. Gelman obviously looking to wear him down.
Dingle is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A chopping leg kick lands by Gelman. Gelman with the inside leg kick. Dingle throws a leg kick but Gelman sees it coming and moves out of range. Teddy Dingle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dingle throws a sloppy head kick and Gelman moves out of range easily. Dingle throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dingle doesn't manage to clinch there - Gelman circles away.
It appears Gelman was looking to counter with a kick there. Dingle throws a low kick but it's checked well by Gelman. An inside leg kick from Gelman misses. Dingle gets tackled into the cage by Gelman. Gelman maintains the clinch.
