Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Felix Suarez (ranked 1992 p4p, 2330 weight class) and Rudolf Meine (ranked 266 p4p, 300 weight class). Suarez's entrance music is Mexican Sun. A fine choice. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Felix Suarez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rudolf Meine!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meine throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Suarez has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Suarez there as he acknowledges the shot.
Suarez throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Meine sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Suarez scores with a nice strike.
Suarez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Suarez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Suarez shoots in but no luck this time.

Suarez closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Suarez goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Meine has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Suarez but great work by Meine.

Meine wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Suarez, who protects the arm well.
