Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tank Gunner (ranked 4308 p4p, 4330 weight class) and Kagiso Lekobe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tank Gunner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kagiso Lekobe!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Gunner misses.
Lekobe throws a counter combo.
Lekobe connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gunner's hands.
Gunner tries to clinch up.
Gunner with a poor takedown
and Lekobe holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Lekobe tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Gunner's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Gunner goes for a takedown attempt but Lekobe pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Gunner closes the distance looking to clinch
and Lekobe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lekobe closes the distance and clinches.
Gunner pulls guard successfully.
Lekobe sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gunner working a defensive guard but Lekobe manages to pass into side control anyway.
Gunner can't do much from the bottom here.
Gunner on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Lekobe thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
You can see the frustration on Gunner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Gunner tries to buck Lekobe off but Lekobe is having none of it.
Gunner gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Let's hope that Lekobe has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Lekobe is landing with some decent strikes but Gunner is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Lekobe trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Gunner is looking to get to half guard.
Gunner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lekobe on the ground.
Lekobe avoids the attempt from Gunner to control.
Lekobe controlling from the full mount.
Gunner takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Gunner is rocked!

Lekobe lands a big shot to the head and Gunner winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
