The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Caesar misses its intended target.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Caesar has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Caesar checks a low kick from Pudzianowski.

and Caesar counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Pudzianowski tries to kick Caesar off in order to stand up. Caesar Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Pudzianowski seems a little lost for a moment, as Caesar dominates the positioning.
Caesar has hold of Pudzianowski's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Pudzianowski tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Caesar cranks the arm and Pudzianowski screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Pudzianowski, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
