The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bitetti works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bitetti avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
It looked like Bitetti wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bitetti feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Miless jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Miles on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bitetti. Bitetti obviously looking to wear him down.
Miles gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bitetti makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Miles is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bitetti.

Bitetti uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Miles.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Miles is defended easily by Bitetti.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Miles tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bitetti swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Bitetti escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Miles is still on wobbly legs! Can Bitetti finish him?

Miles seems to have recovered his senses.
Miles throws a shot from downtown. Bitetti moves away and avoids it.
Bitetti lands a really nice looking cross but Miles seems unphased.
Bitetti connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Miles's hands.
Bitetti connects with a right hand. Miles shakes it off.

Miles takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bitetti steps in with a hook that catches Miles right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Bitetti follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Miles looks absolutely devastated.
