Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roydell Gibbons (ranked 3399 p4p, 5619 weight class) and Darius Jones (ranked 400 p4p, 527 weight class). Gibbons's entrance music is HonestKey- Raw Dog. A fine choice. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Gibbons does it's job there.
Jones throws a body shot but no joy.
Jones throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Jones throws a looping overhand right but Gibbons ducks down to avoid it.
Gibbons showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jones.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gibbons. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.
We've been told by Gibbons's head coaches at Temple of Fitness that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Gibbons fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Darius Jones has been cut.
Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones lands with a kick to the temple. Gibbons shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Jones needs to keep his hands up - Gibbons had a free shot at his head there.
Gibbons scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gibbons lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gibbons connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Gibbons will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gibbons thuds a left hand into Jones's body.

Jones on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Gibbons connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jones - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
