Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Moncey gets cracked there but stands up to it.
De Moncey dives in for a single leg takedown but Mills sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
It appears Mills was looking to counter with a kick there.
Nice cross by Mills.
Mills throws a nice looking combination but De Moncey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mills darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
De Moncey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mills circles away.
Mills is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Mills connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
De Moncey is rocked!
Mills has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Desert Fitness & Training (14 Elite Coaches) in the buildup to the fight.
De Moncey feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Mills uses the cage to get back to his feet.
De Moncey is still on wobbly legs! Can Mills finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
De Moncey misses with a takedown
and Mills counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks De Moncey out cold! What a finish! Mills is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Edward Mills!
