Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Skinner (ranked 2498 p4p, 2966 weight class) and Louis C K (ranked 245 p4p, 285 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Skinner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kanye West . C K comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Who let the dogs out kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Frankie Skinner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Louis C K! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skinner looks to land a left hand but C K moved out of range nicely. C K looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. C K takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. C K avoids the body shot from Skinner.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from C K! But no joy. Skinner feints a jab promting C K to slip. Skinner then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. C K slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skinner scores with the left hand. C K knows he should have avoided that one. Skinner misses the shot to the body. C K swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Skinner scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Skinner with a hook. Skinner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Skinner bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jab by Skinner. C K takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Skinner is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Skinner throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Skinner misses with a hook
and C K connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. This has been an exciting period of action! C K with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Skinner to score with a decent uppercut. Skinner tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but C K was well out of range. Poor timing from Skinner. C K looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. C K avoids the body shot from Skinner.

Frankie Skinner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skinner's corner calls for a 1-2. Skinner obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Skinner connects with a body shot. It looks like Skinner has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Frankie Skinner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Skinner throws a hook but C K avoids it easily. A little jabbing left from C K on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Skinner scores with a jab to the body. Skinner lands a nice hook to C K's body. C K takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. C K takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Skinner misses with an uppercut. C K saw that one coming. A little jabbing left from C K on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Skinner misses with a double jab
and Skinner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Skinner throws an off balance right hand
and C K counters with a big right hand! Oh Skinner is in trouble here! C K follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Louis C K! Louis C K seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
