Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladymyr Kersikov (ranked 5738 p4p, 4060 weight class) and Joey Van Ingen (ranked 186 p4p, 127 weight class). Kersikov comes into the arena with TheFatRat & Riell - Hiding in the Blue blaring out of the sound system. Vladymyr Kersikov has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vladymyr Kersikov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joey Van Ingen! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Van Ingen moves in looking to clinch but Kersikov pushes him off. Kersikov tries to counter by clinching up but Van Ingen breaks away and moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Van Ingen tries to clinch but Kersikov moves out of range. Van Ingen is looking to clinch but Kersikov is avoiding it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Van Ingen wants to clinch up but Kersikov keeps it at a distance. Kersikov wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Kersikov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kersikov rushes Van Ingen and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Van Ingen trying to control the position but instead, Kersikov has worked for underhooks and has pushed Van Ingen into the cage. The referee is keeping an eye on Kersikov - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Van Ingen is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Kersikov is keeping busy. Van Ingen is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
And that's the end of the fight! Vladymyr Kersikov showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kersikov has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
