The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zulu closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Castle did well to prevent Zulu getting side control.
Castle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Zulu looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Zulu wants to free his trapped foot but Castle is holding on for dear life with his legs.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Zulu drops Castle with a left right combo! Zulu follows him down to the ground into side control.
It looks like Frank Castle has been cut.

Castle is not content to let Zulu control the position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Zulu cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Zulu postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Castle badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zulu around the waist but Zulu pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zulu is the winner by TKO! Zulu jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jamal Zulu!
