Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tadahiro Nomura (ranked 3553 p4p, 3203 weight class) and Avatna Haviid (ranked 404 p4p, 377 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tadahiro Nomura!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Avatna Haviid!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haviid uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nomura.
Haviid scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nomura misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Haviid looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Haviid, as that shot connected.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nomura.
Haviid waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nomura.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nomura turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Nomura looks to score with a jab to the body but Haviid is just out of range.

Nomura shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tadahiro Nomura. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Haviid throws a leg kick but Nomura sees it coming and moves out of range.
Avatna Haviid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Haviid lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Haviid throws a nice looking combination but Nomura bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A quick step to the side and Nomura tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nomura throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Nomura walks into a straight right hand from Haviid.
Haviid fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nomura manages to avoid it.
Avatna Haviid is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nomura has managed to clinch.

Nomura pushes Haviid back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Nomura blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Haviid comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Haviid swings away with an uppercut that misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nomura tries to throw a body punch but Haviid avoids it by throwing Nomura back against the cage.

Nomura lands a right hand.
Nomura is pushing Haviid up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Haviid misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Nomura scores with a shot to the side of Haviid's head.

Nomura has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Haviid uses from the top position.

Nomura looking for a triangle here. Haviid is fighting it but it looks tight! Nomura pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Haviid is tapping out - this one is all over!
