Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Johan Christ!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Francis DeMontford and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ throws out a loose jab but Bollomard uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bollomard throws a predictable looking body shot
and Christ counters with a nice uppercut.
Bollomard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Christ moves away.
Bollomard looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bollomard misses with a body shot.
The fighters circling - Christ throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bollomard attempts a counter takedown but Christ avoids it well and moves away.

and Bollomard counters with a shoot takedown. Christ fights it but they end up in guard.
Christ is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bollomard is controlling him.
Bollomard is pushing down on Christ's leg trying to pass to half guard. Christ is fighting to maintain full guard but Bollomard has managed to sneak the leg through.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Christ pushes Bollomard off looking to stand but Bollomard dives back in and keeps control.

Bollomard lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bollomard unloads with some shots from mount but Christ bucks and avoids them well.

Bollomard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Christ is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Christ can do anything to dispel that myth.
