Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Seto (ranked 3241 p4p, 3537 weight class) and Tyler Foster (ranked 391 p4p, 420 weight class). Tyler Foster told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Junior Seto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyler Foster!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Seto tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Seto is working hard here to advance position.
Seto has momentary wrist control but Foster slips an elbow through the middle.
Seto is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Foster defends well.
Seto controls Foster momentarily but Foster frees himself.
Seto throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seto is looking to sweep but instead, Foster has passed into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seto is not content to let Foster control the position.
Foster throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Still in half guard, Foster seems content to control.

Foster engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Seto has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Foster must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Foster has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Seto to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Foster is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Seto pulls down on the head and he's put Foster to sleep! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Junior Seto thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
