Spanner walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Cross rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Spanner has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.

Cross connects with a quick right hand that sends Spanner tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!

A relieved looking Jeremy Cross thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Bleeding Spanner stepped up to the mic, saying 'That was fucking bullshit!'.
