Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Lewis (ranked 3868 p4p, 2813 weight class) and Neesum Mo (ranked 463 p4p, 375 weight class). Neesum Mo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Lewis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Neesum Mo!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mo misses with a looping right.
Mo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lewis.
We've been hearing reports that Lewis has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Mo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lewis fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mo looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Mo slaps away a takedown attempt from Lewis, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Lewis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lewis takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Lewis rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Mo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lewis! Mo lets Lewis back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Michael Lewis has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lewis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lewis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mo.
Lewis misses with an uppercut. Mo saw that one coming.
Mo lands with a nice body punch.
Mo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lewis sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lewis shoots in for a takedown but Mo shows good takedown defense.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mo! But no joy.
Mo darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Lewis throws an overhand right that lands on Mo's shoulder, as Mo tries to avoid the shot.
Mo throws a jab but it's blocked by Lewis.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Mo cracks Lewis with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lewis looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mo finish him?

Lewis is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lewis shoots in looking for a takedown but Mo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lewis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mo fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Lewis out cold! Brutal finish!
