Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andor Seres!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, A. Mere Con!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Con as he checks the leg kick.
Con walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A decent looking cross lands there for Con.
A looping hook to the body misses from Seres. Con does a little dance to reset his feet.
Con takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Con is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Seres.
Con cracks Seres with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Con throws a hook but Seres blocks it.
Con throws a shot from downtown. Seres moves away and avoids it.
Con ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Con lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Con bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Seres's guard.

Con is controlling the pace.
Seres is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Well Con has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
