The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson looks to land a combination but Howell avoids it well.
Howell takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nelson throws a head kick that misses.
Nelson throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Good work by Howell as he checks the leg kick.
Howell lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nelson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nelson throws a body shot but no joy.
Howell feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Nelson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Howell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nelson .
Howell punishes Nelson 's body with a nice straight punch.

Nelson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

It looks like Kelvin Nelson has been cut.
Howell chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Nelson throws a leg kick but Howell checks it.

Nelson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Howell throws a nice outside leg kick.
Howell lands with a thumping leg kick.
That kick from Howell tenderised Nelson 's leg. Nelson is trying to keep his angry face on.
Howell keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Nelson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Howell can pounce on him.

and Nelson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Nelson is rocked!
Howell drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Nelson 's head, knocking him out cold! Howell is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Julius Howell decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
